QA Automation Engineer

We are seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to ensure the quality, reliability, and scalability of modern software systems. This role focuses on test automation, CI/CD integration, and Agile collaboration, with strong hands-on ownership of end-to-end and API testing.

• Design, build, and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Develop and execute automated tests for functional, regression, integration, and performance coverage.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API testing and validation of backend services.
• Implement end-to-end testing with Playwright for web applications.
• Analyse test results, report defects, and partner with engineering to resolve issues.
• Collaborate within Agile teams and participate in sprint ceremonies.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and promote quality best practices.

• Must have 10+ years of experience in Quality Engineering and test automation.
• Proficiency in Java, Python, and Playwright (Type Script/JavaScript).
• Strong experience with CI/CD pipelines and tools like Jenkins.
• Expertise in API testing and automation.
• Hands-on experience with Playwright for end-to-end testing.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Knowledge of Kafka for messaging and streaming applications.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and collaboration tools like Jira and Confluence.
