Overview
Location:
Charlotte, NC or Iselin, NJ – Hybrid Roles
Duration: 12-24+ Months (extend or convert based on performance)
Pay: 90 per hour on W2 and 160K annual for H1B candidates

Responsibilities and candidate expectations
- 70% Full-Stack Engineering – (NET, Python, or Java frameworks)
- 20% AI / ML Experience – Must be relevant within the last 2 years
- 10% Cloud – Any cloud platform is acceptable (team currently uses Azure / Open Shift)
- Candidates should understand how to build, model, act as a proxy, and develop/fix code
- Data Scientists are not the right fit for this team; most were let go previously
- Team will eventually build an in-house framework; candidates with any tool background are acceptable
- Be open to what works best rather than rigidity around specific tech/tools
- Planning for AI implementation with careful yet quick execution
Location flexibility
- Preferred hubs:
Charlotte (CLT), Minnesota (MN), Arizona (AZ), SF Bay (Menlo Park), New York, Ohio (OH) as specialty hubs

12+ years of Java with heavy Big Data and data aggregations; pay between $75.00-$90.00

Build a Java application displaying current temperatures for multiple US cities in a live demo.

- Use public API to retrieve temperature data (example: open-meteo)
