Job Description & How to Apply Below

At Fan Connect, we provide technology products to enhance fan experience in sports and entertainment venues. Our platform is trusted by top-tier stadiums across the country - including Lincoln Financial Field, Petco Park, Acrisure Stadium, The Horseshoe, The Big House, The Swamp, XFINITY Center, and many more.

We're building the next generation of in-venue experiences and we're looking for a Junior QA Engineer who is ready to dive in and help us keep quality high as we scale.

What You'll Do
  • Be the first line of defense against bugs - test new features, catch issues early, and help us ship with confidence
  • Work closely with engineers and product managers to understand how features are intended to work - and spot issues before our users ever do
  • Help design and maintain test cases, log bugs in Jira, and contribute to improving our QA workflow
  • Get hands-on with real hardware: test across various TV models, media players, scoring consoles, and more
  • Validate live integrations with systems like sports stat providers, point-of-sale platforms, and TV listing feeds - the behind-the-scenes stuff that makes the fan experience seamless
  • Learn and grow your skills in test automation using tools like Cypress and Playwright
  • Think like a fan - the features you test will power experiences for thousands of guests in stadiums on game day
What We're Looking For
  • 0-2 years of QA or software testing experience (college projects and internships count!)
  • Some exposure to test automation tools - Cypress, Playwright, Selenium, etc. (even if you're not a pro yet)
  • Curiosity, attention to detail, and a love for breaking things in productive ways
  • Strong communication skills - you'll be a voice for quality on a tight-knit team
  • Comfortable using tools like Git, Slack, and Jira
  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship
Bonus Points If ...
  • You're a sports fan - we work with teams in the NFL, NBA, MLB, MLS, and college athletics
  • You've worked with connected devices or hardware before - like testing smart TVs, digital signage, or real-time displays
  • You've dabbled in automation or scripting outside of school or work (even for fun)
Why Fan Connect
  • You'll test features that run in real stadiums - your work helps power the fan experience at NFL, MLB, MLS, and college venues nationwide
  • Join a small, experienced team where you'll have a clear voice and real mentorship - we want you to grow fast
  • Get exposure to a wide range of systems - from media players to real-time data and video streaming
  • We move fast, care deeply about quality, and you'll be part of the team that makes sure everything works when it matters most

This is a full time position with competitive benefits. Applicants must be authorized to work in the US on a full time basis.
