Immediate need for a talented Pega Developer

Pay Range: $60.00 – $65.00 /hour

• Design and develop Pega solutions for new initiatives and enhancements
• Support production incident triage and resolution
• Participate in unit testing and functional testing
• Collaborate with offshore team members across multiple time zones
• Coordinate with partner teams and operations teams
• Ensure application stability and performance improvements
• Monitor backend jobs and respond to system alerts
• Develop interim solutions/workarounds when necessary
• Maintain and update system operations and training documentation
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions and user training

• Key skills:
  Pega, PRPC, JIRA
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
• 7 years of relevant delivery experience
• Strong experience designing Pega implementations including:
• Class structure design
• Integration design
• UI harness, activities, agents, BPM
• Banking/Financial Services domain experience
• Hands-on expertise in Pega PRPC and SI frameworks
• Experience with Pega upgrades
• Integration experience using SOAP, MQ, File, or similar technologies
• Experience working with distributed teams across geographies and time zones
• Database experience with Oracle and PL/SQL
