Role Overview

We are seeking a
Senior Full Stack Developer
with strong expertise across
backend, frontend, cloud, and AI-driven application development
. This role is ideal for a
hands-on technical leader
who can design, build, and own end-to-end systems—especially
AI-powered, data-intensive, and GenAI-enabled platforms
.

This is a
technical leadership role
, not a people-management position. You will lead architecture, engineering decisions, and implementation while remaining deeply hands-on.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver
  full-stack applications
  using
  Python and Java
• Build
  scalable backend services
  using
  FastAPI, REST APIs
  , and microservices architecture
• Develop and integrate
  UI/UX components
  , collaborating closely with design teams to deliver intuitive user experiences
• Architect and implement
  AI-enabled features
  , including:
• Generative AI and prompt-engineering workflows
• Agentic AI systems and orchestration patterns
• Lead
  end-to-end system design
  , from frontend to backend to cloud deployment
• Implement and maintain
  CI/CD pipelines
  , ensuring high code quality and automated deployments
• Design and optimize
  cloud-native solutions
  across
  AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Work with
  data engineering and cloud services
  , including large-scale data processing and analytics platforms
• Provide
  technical leadership
  , including code reviews, architectural guidance, and best-practice enforcement
• Partner with cross-functional teams (product, data, AI, platform) to deliver production-grade solutions

• Containerization and deployment best practices

Technical Leadership Expectations

• Act as a
  technical lead and system owner
• Drive architecture and engineering standards
• Make design decisions with scalability, security, and performance in mind
• Mentor engineers technically (no direct people management)
• Lead by example through hands-on development

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior work on
  production GenAI or agent-based systems
• Background in regulated or large-scale environments (financial services, healthcare, enterprise SaaS)
