Mission:
Finetune opensource LLMs/Vision Language Models (incl. “Thinking models”) on-prem for
- Build reproducible fine tuning pipelines (LoRA/QLoRA, PEFT) with secure data handling.
- Implement advanced prompt evolution (GEPA, selfplay, genetic strategies).
- Curate/augment datasets; enforce PII controls and audit trails.
- Design evaluation harnesses; measure safety, bias, robustness, and cost.
- Optimize GPU training/inference, profiling, caching, batching.
- Partner on guardrails, redteaming, and deployment readiness.
- 5+ yrs ML/AI; 2+ yrs LLM/VLM; strong Python & PyTorch.
- Experience with RLHF/DPO, GEPA.
- Onprem MLOps; compliance and observability.
