Overview
Salesforce Developer position requiring 3-5 years of custom Salesforce development experience with proficiency in APEX, Lightning Web Components (LWC), APIs, and strong problem-solving skills. Must have strong communication abilities and the capacity to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Collaborate with a scrum team to refine user stories and assist in planning and refinement activities, including estimation, gap analysis, and feasibility checks.
- Work alongside a technical lead to assess requirements and complete high-level system design and architecture documentation.
- Develop custom solutions (APEX triggers, LWCs, flows, OmniScripts, etc.) and contribute to a 2-week sprint schedule.
- Write Apex test classes to maintain a minimum of 75% code coverage.
- Perform code commits, handle back merges, and resolve conflicts.
- Participate in peer reviews, code reviews, production/testing bug fixes, testing support, and deployment support and documentation.
- Participate in all team ceremonies such as JAD sessions, stand-ups, retrospectives, and other agile activities.
- Experience:
3-5 years of custom Salesforce development experience. Proficiency in APEX, LWCs, APIs and strong problem-solving skills. - Core development skills:
APEX (triggers, controllers, asynchronous APEX such as Batch, Future, Queueable),
Lightning Web Components (LWC) with advanced knowledge of modern JavaScript (ES6+) - SOQL and SOSL: ability to write efficient queries within governor limits
- Web Technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and Java Script
- Integration & Data Management: API experience with REST and GraphQL
- Data Modeling: designing custom objects, relationships, and schema architecture
- Dev Ops and Tools: version control with Git (Git Lab, Git Hub, and Bitbucket); deployment experience with SFDX, VS Code, Copado, and Changesets
- Certifications:
Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (PD1) and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II (PD2) - Nice to have:
Data Cloud consulting experience or AI specialist background
- Salary Range: $110,000 - $120,000 per year
