Java Backend developer -charlotte, NC Onsite

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Build and manage RESTful APIs and Microservices architectures
• Collaborate with product owners, frontend teams, and Dev Ops to deliver end-to-end solutions
• Optimize application performance, scalability, and security
• Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical decision-making
• Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and monitoring
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues
• Mentor junior developers and promote best coding practices

• 8+ years of experience in backend development using Java (Java 8 or above)
• Strong experience with Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security
• Hands-on experience with Microservices architecture
• Experience building and consuming REST APIs
