Job SummaryRockwoods is seeking a Senior Technical Lead to lead a high-performing technical team in designing, developing, and delivering enterprise applications using Java, Spring Boot, React.js, and Microservices. This role involves driving technical architecture, mentoring developers, and ensuring scalable, secure, and innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and mentor a team of developers to deliver high-quality applications.
- Architect and implement solutions using Spring Boot, React.js, and Java.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure timely delivery.
- Drive best practices in coding, design, and agile methodologies.
- Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and troubleshooting.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements.
- Strong expertise in Java, Spring Boot, and Spring Framework.
- Hands-on experience with React.js for frontend development.
- Knowledge of Kafka, Mongo
DB, Reactive Programming, and Microservices. - Solid understanding of RESTful services and cloud technologies.
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Background in performance optimization and scalable architecture.
- Exposure to cloud-native solutions and Dev Ops practices.
