, is looking for an Associate Software Engineer Intern

This role is not open to visa sponsorship or transfer of visa sponsorship including those on H1‑B, F‑1, OPT, STEM‑OPT, or TN visa, nor is it available to work corp‑to‑corp.

Skip the entry‑level grunt‑work, and start making a real impact on Day 1. As part of the Red Ventures Launch program internship, you’ll find unparalleled opportunities to gain exposure to the role and learn what it’s like to work at RV over the 10‑week summer internship period with the goal of getting a full‑time return offer for the following summer.

You’ll start with a large cohort of interns who will be your community as you navigate the RV internship environment together. You will experience in‑depth onboarding and extended training to help you learn the ropes, accelerate your growth, and further hone your skills. After getting ramped up, you will join your assigned RV team, meet your manager and mentor, and gain hands‑on industry experience to invest in your career growth.

Interns will also get the chance to get to know the Charlotte area and the RV culture through engagement events and social impact opportunities.

The Launch Program internship is NOT a chance to sit on the sidelines to learn how we do things. Its your chance to dive in headfirst and take advantage of a 10‑week vision into the work we do, learn from our top mentors, and get a jump start into your Red Ventures career while still in school.

• Associate Software Engineers at Red Ventures drive the growth and development of customer‑facing websites, social API integrations, and proprietary digital marketing technologies.
• You’ll collaborate with our award‑winning teams to implement, test, and improve our products, while ensuring top quality and consistency across various applications within our platform.
• Design, build, and maintain tools and systems to be used by millions of customers around the globe.

• Graduating Summer 2027 with a relevant undergraduate degree such as (but not limited to) business, data analytics, math, statistics, economics, finance or a combination of these.
• Internship start date in our June 2026 cohort.
• Recent, hands‑on experience in software design and backend coding (internships, work experience, or side projects highly preferred)
• Previous experience with automated build and unit‑testing platforms
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen and capability of coming up with creative ideas to create value for consumers and businesses.
• Strong grit and learning mentality when faced with challenging projects, unfamiliar technology, and ambiguous business problems.
• Willingness to innovate by exercising discernment, sound judgment, problem‑solving skills, and creativity using limited information.
• A demonstrated track record of success academically or in prior internships, with experience proactively taking ownership of important projects.
• Ability to architect and develop web‑based applications and components for high‑traffic consumer‑facing websites
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Scrappy, tenacious, and self‑motivated

• Passionate about working in a dynamic, fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment
