Senior Associate, Product Management - Client & Associate Platforms (Mobile & Web)

Responsibilities- Modernize the
Experience:
Deliver products that support a Top 10 Commercial Bank, prioritizing high‑availability mobile and web interfaces. - Empower the Field:
Craft strategies that equip our financial advisors with mobile‑optimized tools, enabling a world‑class, "anywhere" operation for loan management and treasury products. - Drive Mobile Innovation:
Build "always on" technologies, leveraging push notifications and real‑time data to increase profitability and empower associates. - Orchestrate Delivery:
Own the roadmap for new features, ensuring feature parity and a consistent UX across iOS, Android, and Web platforms. - Risk Mitigation:
Strengthen controls through automated monitoring and secure mobile authentication protocols.
- Human Centered:
Obsesses over how users interact with products in different contexts (e.g., "thumb‑friendly" UI for associates in the field vs. data‑heavy desktop views). - Business Focused:
Delivers game‑changing outcomes by focusing on mobile adoption metrics and execution excellence. - Technology Driven:
Leverages modern tech stacks (APIs, Cloud, Mobile SDKs) to deliver resilient solutions that scale. - Integrated Problem Solving:
Resolves complex platform hurdles, such as offline data sync and cross‑platform latency. - Transformational Leadership:
Leads cross‑functional teams (including Mobile Engineering and UX Design) to drive organizational alignment.
- Bachelor’s degree or military experience.
- At least 1 year of experience in product management, or 1 year of experience in product design, agile delivery, data science, or software engineering.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
- 1+ years of experience launching mobile‑first features or managing mobile app life cycles.
- 1+ years translating business strategy into consumer‑facing digital or mobile products.
- 1+ years of experience with responsive design, mobile APIs, or core platforms powering digital experiences.
- 1+ years working in an Agile environment as a Product Owner.

Salary
:
Charlotte, NC: $101,100 - $115,400;
Richmond, VA: $101,100 - $115,400. Other locations receive the pay range applicable to that location. The role is also eligible to earn performance‑based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long‑term incentives (LTI).
