Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a UI Developer to join their team. As a UI Developer, you will be part of the Market Risk Technology team supporting the development of innovative market risk applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong collaboration skills, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for building scalable, modern front-end solutions that make a significant impact across the organization.

** Charlotte, NC (Hybrid Preferred) 2x/week onsite

** Market Risk Technology

** Interview Process:*
* + 30-minute technical screening

+ Second, more in-depth technical interview

** Pay Rate:**  $60-$65/hr W2

** Type:
** Contract

** Duration:
** 12 months, option to extend

** What's the Job?*
* + Develop and maintain modern front-end applications using React and Java Script

+ Build highly responsive and scalable UI components for a new market risk platform

+ Work extensively with AG Grid for complex data visualization and grid-based interfaces

+ Collaborate closely with product owners, developers, and technology leadership to define UI requirements and application functionality

+ Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to front-end best practices

** What's Needed?*
* + Strong hands-on experience with React.js

+ Solid JavaScript development experience

+ Experience building enterprise-level UI applications

+ Experience working with AG Grid or similar advanced data grid technologies

+ Strong understanding of front-end architecture and component-based development
