Senior WebMethods & Boot Integration Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a Web Methods Developer with strong experience in enterprise integration to design, develop, and maintain scalable integration solutions. The candidate will primarily work on Software AG Web Methods platform to enable seamless communication between systems. Also experience with Spring Boot in building modern microservices-based integrations.

Primary skills:
Web Methods Integration Server, REST/SOAP APIs, EAI, messaging (JMS/UM), API integration, troubleshooting, Spring Boot, microservices, Java, API management, performance tuning, Git, and communication skills.

Experience:

Minimum 10+ years

• Design, develop, and implement integration solutions using Web Methods (Integration Server, Designer, Broker/UM)
• Develop and maintain REST and SOAP web services and APIs
• Integrate enterprise applications and third-party systems using Web Methods
• Manage and monitor integration workflows to ensure high availability and reliability
• Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning of integration services
• Implement best practices for API security, scalability, and governance
• Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Maintain proper documentation for integration flows, APIs, and processes
• Support deployment activities and ensure smooth releases across environments
• Develop microservices using Spring Boot for lightweight integrations
• Build and expose RESTful APIs using Spring Boot frameworks
• Collaborate in modernizing legacy integrations using microservices architecture
• Assist in integrating Spring Boot services with Web Methods platform
• Ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability of Spring Boot applications
