Copilot-Powered Automation Lead Scalable Tests

We are looking for an experienced Automation Testing expert (10+ years) with strong hands-on experience in Selenium/Playwright and deep expertise in AI-assisted development using Git Hub Copilot. The role focuses on building scalable automation frameworks, driving AI adoption in test engineering, and integrating automated testing into CI/CD pipelines.

• Lead the adoption and implementation ofGitHub Copilot for automation testing and test engineering practices.
• Design and develop scalable automation frameworks for UI, API, and integration testing.
• Build and maintain automation suites using Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
• Write efficient test scripts using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Leverage AI tools (Copilot) for script generation, refactoring, debugging, and optimization.
• Define and enforce standards for AI-assisted test development and code quality governance.
• Integrate automation frameworks into CI/CD pipelines (Dev Ops practices).
• Improve test coverage, execution efficiency, and reliability.
• Ensure compliance with secure coding and AI usage guidelines.
• Perform debugging, root cause analysis, and performance optimization of test suites.
• Collaborate with development, Dev Ops, and QA teams in an Agile environment.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in automation testing/test architecture
• Strong expertise in:
  • Selenium / Playwright / Automation frameworks
  • Git Hub Copilot or AI-assisted coding tools
  • Programming:
    Java / Python / Java Script
  • API & UI test automation
• Experience in designing scalable test automation frameworks
• Strong knowledge of CI/CD integration and Dev Ops practices
• Experience in test strategy, test coverage optimization, and quality engineering
• Strong debugging and analytical skills
