Job Title: Software Engineer 4 / Full Stack .NET Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC / Minneapolis, MN / Irving, TX – Hybrid

Contract Length: 18 months

Pay Rate: $69 - $74

• 5+ years of full stack development using .NET / .NET Core and ReactJS
• Strong experience with MS SQL Server and backend API development
• Proven ability to work independently with leadership qualities and strong communication

• Experience with Kubernetes and containerized environments
• Experience with Python
• Experience working in governance, compliance, or regulated environments
• Familiarity with Agile tools such as Jira
• Experience building microservices and cloud-native applications

In this contingent resource assignment, you may consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi‑faced, longer‑term Software Engineering challenges that require in‑depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faced situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

• Design, develop, and maintain full stack applications and microservices using .NET Core and ReactJS
• Build and enhance applications supporting governance and compliance platforms
• Work with MS SQL Server to build, optimize, and maintain database solutions
• Develop, test, debug, and document software solutions
• Collaborate with senior engineers and cross‑functional teams to resolve complex technical challenges
• Contribute to architecture discussions and implementation of enterprise solutions
• Support modernization initiatives, including cloud adoption and containerization
• Participate in code reviews and maintain high engineering standards
• Work independently while contributing to Agile team deliverables
• Ensure application scalability, performance, and compliance with enterprise standards
• Leverage Kubernetes (where applicable) for deployment and orchestration
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and team members
