Job Title:

Software Engineer 4 / Generative AI Engineer

Location:

Charlotte, NC or Irving, TX - Hybrid (3 days onsite mandatory)

Contract Length: 18 months (possible extension or conversion)

Pay Rate: $69 - $74

Top Requirements:

* 5+ years of Software Engineering experience with 3-5+ years of Python full-stack development (APIs, backend systems)

* 9-12 months of hands-on Generative AI experience (LLMs, agent workflows, AI-powered applications)

* Strong experience with REST API development and relational databases

Plusses:

* Experience with GenAI frameworks (Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Semantic Kernel, Auto Gen)

* Experience with Open Shift/Kubernetes and cloud platforms (GCP preferred)

* CI/CD pipeline experience and knowledge of IAM practices

* Experience product ionizing AI solutions

* Financial services background

Job Summary:

In this contingent resource assignment, you may:
Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.

Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Lead design and development of full-stack Python applications supporting enterprise solutions

* Build and maintain RESTful APIs (FastAPI, Flask, Django)

* Develop and enhance Generative AI solutions for document processing and supply chain use cases

* Design and implement AI agents and workflows using modern frameworks

* Integrate solutions with Open Shift (OCP) and GCP cloud environments

* Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Dev Ops practices

* Work with relational databases and data processing tools (Num Py, Pandas, Postgre

SQL, etc.)

* Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver scalable solutions

* Analyze and resolve complex technical challenges and production issues

* Contribute to architecture decisions and engineering best practices

* Mentor junior engineers and support team delivery goals

* Apply evaluation frameworks and responsible AI practices to ensure high-quality output
