Drive the design and delivery of scalable, high-performance systems with a focus on Mongo

DB and Java Enterprise Edition. Lead complex Mongo

DB migration initiatives while ensuring data integrity, performance optimization, and seamless system integration. Act as a technical authority, influencing architecture decisions and elevating team capability through mentorship and best practices.
Requirements

• 8+ years Mongo
  
  DB engineering experience
• Java Enterprise Edition (Java EE) expertise

  DB migration project delivery experience

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable software components using Java EE and MongoDB
• Lead Mongo
  
  DB migration initiatives including data modeling and performance tuning
• Optimize collections, indexing strategies, and data load performance
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions
• Provide technical leadership and guide team-level decision-making
• Analyze system challenges and implement performance and reliability improvements
