Description
We are seeking a skilled Full Stack Developer to oversee the development to play a key role in development of comprehensive software applications within our organization. This role requires a deep knowledge and understanding of software development and deployment to facilitate smooth, efficient, and timely delivery of software projects. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of cloud technologies, software development practices, and have a proven track record in developing enterprise level application through complete application development life cycles.

Skills & Qualifications
- Translate business requirements into detailed design and technical specifications.
- Strategize and execute plans for the timely completion of projects, aligning with organizational objectives.
- Participate in training and development programs to mentor and help other developers grow and increase knowledge and skills.
- Provide concise, actionable guidance to engineering teams to promote high-quality development practices.
- Work collaboratively with other team members, project leads, and staff to integrate application delivery efforts.
- Review technical and operational aspects of bugs and user stories, contributing feedback and optimization suggestions.
- Address and resolve production issues with urgency, minimizing downtime and customer impact.
- Actively participate in scrum meetings, technical review sessions, planning and requirement discussions, and all release planning and deployment activities.
- Review application code, offering feedback and insights, and ensure adherence to the highest quality and security standards as part of the final approval process in Pull Requests.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $50.00 - $60.00/hr.
