We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior 3
DEXPERIENCE Developer with over 10 years of expertise in advanced platform technologies and tools. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of 3
DEXPERIENCE (22x or higher), Cloudview, CAD Connectors development, automation, and related technologies. This role focuses on developing and maintaining 3
DEXPERIENCE customizations, integrating CAD systems, leveraging AWS for automation and infrastructure optimization, and contributing to CI/CD pipeline development for efficient deployments.
This is a hybrid-based position at one of Collins’ major facilities.
Responsibilities3DEXPERIENCE Platform Development
- Develop custom solutions and enhancements for 3
DEXPERIENCE platform environments, including modules such as 3DSpace, 3DSearch, 3DSpace
Index, Passport, and Dashboard. - Create and deploy customizations using MQL, JPO, Java, JSP, Widgets, and RESTful web services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the development and customization of the 3
DEXPERIENCE platform.
- Develop and integrate CAD Connectors for seamless interaction with the 3
DEXPERIENCE platform. - Optimize CAD integration workflows to enhance user productivity and system performance.
- Collaborate with CAD users and PLM teams to understand and address specific business requirements.
- Develop and optimize solutions using Cloudview.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues related to the development and customization of Cloudview.
- Leverage AWS cloud technologies to optimize infrastructure for hosting 3
DEXPERIENCE environments. - Maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments, testing, and updates.
- Implement Dev Ops best practices to improve system reliability and reduce manual intervention.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure successful implementation of solutions.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and best practices for development.
- University Degree and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree and minimum 5 years of experience.
- Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future (U.S. Citizen or Green Card Holder).
- Over 10 years of experience working with 3
DEXPERIENCE platform (22x or higher). - Expertise in 3DSpace, 3DSearch, 3DSpace
Index, Passport, Dashboard, and related tools. - Hands‑on experience with MQL, JPO, Java, JSP, Widgets, and RESTful web services.
- In-depth knowledge of Cloudview development and integration.
- Extensive experience in CAD Connectors development and integration with 3
DEXPERIENCE platform. - Strong experience with AWS cloud technologies and implementing automation solutions.
- Knowledge and experience in building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong understanding of 3
DEXPERIENCE installation and upgrade processes (2022x or higher). - Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience with other PLM systems or integrations.
- Knowledge of Agile development practices.
- Certification in 3
DEXPERIENCE (plus).
