Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Architect / Senior Developer to join our dynamic team on the ENACT Modernization project. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing and delivering Generative AI solutions on cloud platforms and a proven ability to build, fine-tune, and deploy large language model solutions using Python.

Responsibilities:

• Architect and implement GenAI solutions using open-source and proprietary LLMs.
• Design and execute fine-tuning pipelines for LLMs using custom datasets.
• Develop Retrieval Augmented Generation patterns and scalable inference services.
• Build and integrate APIs for model serving using REST, FastAPI, or Flask.
• Apply classical ML and deep learning methods to NLP tasks and evaluations.
• Deploy applications and models to platforms such as Azure ML, Streamlit, or Hugging Face Spaces.
• Collaborate in Agile teams and contribute to solution design, code reviews, and documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven hands-on GenAI project experience with open-source LLMs (Llama, Gemma, Mistral, GPT OSS) and proprietary APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic).
• Experience fine-tuning LLMs such as Llama 2 and GPT-4 for task-specific outcomes with custom datasets.
• Prompt engineering expertise with GPT-4, GPT-3, Llama 2, and Gemini Pro.
• Strong Python skills with Pandas, Num Py, Scikit-learn; experience with PyTorch and Hugging Face.
• Background in Retrieval Augmented Generation and vector search (FAISS, Elastic Search).
• Experience with NLP techniques, including embeddings (Word2
  
  Vec, Glo Ve, Fast Text, Universal Sentence Encoder), topic modeling (LSA), and deep learning for NLP.
• Knowledge of ML models such as SVM, Logistic Regression, Random Forest, Naive Bayes, and Neural Networks.
• Experience deploying models and apps to Azure ML and platforms like Streamlit, Hugging Face Spaces, or Heroku.
• API development experience with REST, FastAPI, or Flask for serving models.
• Familiarity with discourse-level NLP concepts and tools is a plus (DRT/DRS, Boxer, Neural DRS, JAMR).
• Cloud familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP; hands-on Azure ML preferred.
• Experience working within Agile methodologies with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with SQL and related data tools.
• Familiarity with Horizon toolset and change management practices.
• Knowledge of agentic AI frameworks and orchestration.
