Pay Range: 65/hr W2

• Lead complex technology initiatives with broad organizational impact.
• Develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions.
• Design, code, test, debug, and document software projects and programs.
• Review and analyze complex technology solutions to meet tactical and strategic business objectives.
• Collaborate with technical experts and external industry groups to resolve technical challenges and drive innovation.

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, or education.
• Hands‑on experience in full stack software development using Java, .Net, or Python.
• Experience with modern UI frameworks such as React, Angular, or Node.
• At least 2 years of AI experience in testing or evaluation, including data and error analysis.
• Strong understanding of enterprise AI model lifecycle management, compliance, and risk mitigation strategies.
