Senior .NET Developer

10 is currently seeking a Senior .NET Developer for a contract position with a Global Financial Institution located in Charlotte, NC and Plano, TX. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.

This role is for a Senior .NET Developer with a strong PL/SQL Oracle stored procedure background to join an Agile Consumer Vehicle Lending delivery team. The ideal candidate will be committed to strong design, automated unit/integration testing, and analyst skills, thriving in a fast-paced environment to support deliverables planned for 2026 and 2027.

Responsibilities:

• Work independently to develop complex .NET software components using C#
• Convert large amounts of Java/C++/PLSQL code to C# WebAPI2 REST services
• Work on complex large-scale PL/SQL stored procedures in Oracle 11g/12c
• Make smaller changes in C++ and VB6 as required
• Consult with team architects and development leads regarding code architecture and design
• Write SOLID testable code and develop unit and integration tests for automated code coverage
• Run explain plans to ensure query optimization
• Perform manual unit testing when automation is not available
• Analyze legacy code in VB6 and C++ for conversion to .NET
• Document and conduct code reviews of all code changes prior to user acceptance testing
• Participate in and contribute to Agile ceremonies

Requirements:

• 8+ years of .NET development experience
• 3+ years of Agile experience
• Experience with C#, PL/SQL Oracle Stored Procedures, VB6 OR C++
• Mastery of WebAPI 2.0 REST Services, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Splunk
• Proficiency in JIRA
• Ability to work on multiple deliverables simultaneously, adhere to tight deadlines and adapt to changing priorities
• Experience working on large scale enterprise systems
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
• Experience working with virtual teams

Desired skills:

• Scaled Agile certification
• Experience with WPF, Win Forms, IOC Containers, MOQ Frameworks, Test Driven Development, and IBM MQ

Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 per hour
