The AI UX/UI Developer is responsible for designing and delivering user interfaces that enable intuitive interaction with AI-driven systems and workflows. This role ensures that complex automation and agentic behaviors are translated into clear, usable, and efficient user experiences that align with enterprise standards. The developer collaborates closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to ensure the interface layer accurately reflects underlying system capabilities while maintaining usability and accessibility.
This position builds front-end components, interaction flows, and visual systems that support AI-enabled applications. Deliverables include user interface code, interaction logic, design systems, and documentation supporting deployment and usability. The role operates within the Forge delivery model, ensuring interface development keeps pace with rapid backend innovation while maintaining consistency, quality, and governance standards. The technical scope includes front-end engineering, design system implementation, API integration, and workflow visualization, contributing across the full development lifecycle to ensure user-facing components are reliable, testable, and aligned with production expectations.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES- Design and develop user interfaces for AI-enabled applications
- Translate system capabilities into intuitive user workflows
- Build and maintain front-end components and design systems
- Integrate UI components with backend services and APIs
- Ensure consistency, usability, and accessibility across applications
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams on feature design
- Participate in system design and planning discussions
- Implement UI testing and validation strategies
- Support deployment and iteration of user-facing components
- Monitor UI performance and resolve issues
- Document interface patterns and user interaction models
- Contribute reusable UI components for cross-team use

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience - Years of
Experience:
3‑5 years of relevant experience - Experience building front‑end applications in enterprise environments
- Experience designing user interaction flows
- Experience integrating front‑end with backend systems
- Understanding of UI development lifecycle
- Ability to deliver production‑ready interfaces
- Strong front‑end development skills
- Experience with enterprise UI frameworks
- Understanding of usability and accessibility standards
- Familiarity with testing and deployment processes
- Ability to document UI designs and implementation
- Strong collaboration across teams
- Ability to work within structured delivery environments
- Understanding of production support
- Experience with AI‑enabled interfaces
- Familiarity with workflow visualization tools
- Experience in regulated enterprise environments

- Ability to operate independently
