Our platform empowers companies to protect their people, reputation, and business, and we're looking for a Junior Software Engineer to join us on that mission. This is a part-time, 6-month term opportunity designed for someone who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a collaborative product engineering team.

Candidates who successfully complete the program and demonstrate strong performance may be considered for future opportunities within our Product Engineering organization.

• Assisting in the development of new product features and enhancements
• Participating in design discussions and requirement refinement sessions
• Writing clean, maintainable code and supporting software quality initiatives
• Developing unit tests and contributing to automated testing efforts
• Collaborating with team members during sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives
• Participating in code reviews and learning software development best practices
• Taking part in training and professional development opportunities

• Educational background in Computer Science or a related field
• Knowledge of or exposure to C#
• Strong interest in software design, development, testing, and maintenance
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies
• Interest in accessibility, security, and user experience
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to contribute to team success
