Our client, a leading financial services organization, is seeking a Java Application Developer (Application Programmer III) to join their team. As a Java Application Developer (Application Programmer III), you will be part of the Financial Crimes Technology department supporting the development and maintenance of critical applications. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, adaptability, and a collaborative mindset, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Enhance and maintain existing Financial Crimes applications to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Develop new functionality using Java 11+ and Spring Boot 3.x to support evolving business needs.
- Work extensively with Oracle databases and SQL to support application modernization and platform upgrades.
- Support application troubleshooting, incident management, and platform upgrades to ensure seamless operation.
- Participate in Agile delivery processes, including CI/CD pipelines, to promote continuous improvement and deployment.
- Proficiency in backend development with Java 11+ and Spring Boot 3.x.
- Experience working with Oracle 19c databases and advanced SQL query tuning.
- Strong knowledge of REST APIs, Spring Security, JPA/Hibernate, and JDBCD.
- Hands-on experience with build/deployment tools such as Maven, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Artifactory.
- Familiarity with Linux/Unix, shell scripting, and Autosys scheduler is preferred.
