Job Description We are seeking an Application Programmer III to join our team and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in large language models, agentic and orchestration frameworks, and Python development, and a proven ability to implement governed, well-documented models with effective monitoring and controls. Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end Generative AI applications using LLMs and modern orchestration frameworks. Build retrieval, embedding, and evaluation pipelines leveraging tools such as Lang Chain, Llama Index, and RAGAS. Develop secure APIs and services with FastAPI and Web Sockets integrating enterprise data stores such as Redis and Mongo

DB. Author formal model documentation and implement monitoring, performance controls, and governance-compliant workflows. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable solutions and support production operations. Required Skills &

Qualifications:

2+ years delivering end-to-end Generative AI projects with Large Language Models (e.g., GPT, LLaMA).

Experience with MCP (skills-based orchestration) and agentic frameworks (e.g., Lang Graph). Proficiency with LLM development frameworks such as Lang Chain and Llama Index. Hands-on use of embedding models (e.g., all-MiniLM-L6-v2, nomic-ai) and evaluation frameworks (RAGAS, Lang Smith, Phoenix/Arize). Experience building services with REST APIs, FastAPI, and Web Sockets.

Experience with enterprise data stores such as Redis and Mongo

DB. Strong Python programming expertise. Proven Model Risk Management and Model Governance experience, including documentation, monitoring, and performance controls. Frontend experience with Angular is a plus. Preferred

Skills:

Experience with distributed and big data technologies:
Slurm, Hadoop/Hive, Apache Spark, Kafka, Neo4j, and Mongo

DB. Knowledge of machine learning techniques, classifiers, and statistical methods. Advanced degree or equivalent experience in data science, mathematics, or a quantitative discipline. Why BCforward?
