Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited undergraduate degree program in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• Anticipated graduation date of December 2026 or May 2027.
• Available for full internship duration from June 1 to August 7, 2026.
• Self‑motivated, eager to learn, and detail‑oriented.
• Ability to work a hybrid schedule on‑site at our Charlotte, NC or Columbus, OH office.
• Understanding of core programming concepts and SQL.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot and AI‑assisted productivity tools.
• Experience or coursework in the Power Platform.
• Knowledge of Azure AI Fundamentals concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and ability to work through structured solution approaches.
• Proactive learner with curiosity for new technologies.
• Ability to use Git version control for collaborative development.
• Strong team player with the ability to collaborate and work independently.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic coding tools.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a calm and professional manner.
• Ability to tactfully handle confidential documents and information.

• Ability to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time.

• Gain hands‑on experience with Microsoft Cloud, AI and Data technologies while supporting client‑facing and internal projects.
• Explore and build AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot and Prompt Engineering best practices.
• Design and automate workflows with the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Write and optimize SQL queries and basic programming scripts to support data analysis and integration tasks.
• Apply Azure AI Fundamentals knowledge to develop proof‑of‑concept solutions.
• Use Git version control to collaborate on code and manage project files.
• Participate in structured problem‑solving sessions to address technical challenges.
• Engage in proactive learning to stay current with emerging AI and data technologies.
