In this contingent resource assignment, you will contribute to moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering. You will participate in large-scale planning, analyze challenges, and collaborate with others to meet deliverables while adhering to policies, procedures, and compliance requirements. This role involves working in a fast-paced, agile environment to support innovative solutions in Wealth Management Technology. Responsibilities:
Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives and deliverables within Software Engineering. Review and analyze moderately complex Software Engineering challenges requiring in-depth evaluation of variable factors. Contribute to resolving moderately complex issues and consult with others to meet deliverables. Collaborate with client personnel in Software Engineering. Lead complex technology initiatives, including those with company wide impact. Develop standards and best practices for engineering large-scale technology solutions.

Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs. Review and analyze complex technology solutions for business objectives and technical challenges. Collaborate with key technical experts and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues. Mentor peers and lead projects or teams as needed.

Qualifications:

4+ years of Software Engineering experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, consulting, training, military experience, or education. 5+ years of hands-on software development experience with Java. 3+ years of experience designing, building, and supporting APIs and microservices. 1+ years of experience working with AI software development tools (e.g., Git Hub Co-pilot, Agents). Experience building RESTful services using Spring Boot.

Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native architectures. Proficiency with CI/CD pipelines, Git Hub-based workflows, and modern developer tools like Visual Studio Code. Knowledge of application security practices and tools like Sonar Qube. Experience supporting trading, market data, or FIX-based systems is a plus. Ability to work onsite at the specified location. Pay Range: $60/hr - $65/hr The specific compensation for this position will be determined by several factors, including the scope, complexity, and location of the role, as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials, and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
