Role: Full Stack AI Engineer

Location: Charlotte, NC (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack AI Engineer with deep expertise in Python, FastAPI, React.js, and Large Language Models (LLMs) to design and build scalable, AI-powered applications. This role involves developing modern microservices architectures and delivering innovative AI-driven solutions for enterprise-scale systems.

• Backend & API Development: design and develop scalable backend services and REST APIs using Python (3.x) and FastAPI;
• Build and maintain microservices architecture for AI/ML applications;
• Develop robust API integrations across systems;
• Optimize performance, scalability, and reliability of backend services;
• AI/ML & LLM Development: develop and integrate LLM-based solutions (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Claude, etc.);
• Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and vector search solutions;
• Apply prompt engineering and agentic workflows to enhance AI capabilities;
• Optimize model performance, response quality, and latency;
• Frontend Development: build responsive and dynamic user interfaces using React.js;
• Develop interactive components such as chatbots, dashboards, and AI assistants;
• Integrate backend APIs and support real-time/streaming data interactions;
• Utilize modern React practices such as hooks and state management.

• 10+ years of overall IT experience;
• Strong hands‑on experience in Python (3.x);
• Expertise in FastAPI for API and microservices development;
• Strong frontend development experience using React.js (hooks, state management);
• Proven experience with REST APIs and microservices architecture;
• Hands‑on experience with Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI;
• Must be willing to work onsite in Charlotte, NC.
