This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex integration challenges and building scalable enterprise data solutions within a highly visible modernization initiative.
We are seeking a hands‑on Senior ETL / .NET Integration Engineer to support enterprise data integration and modernization initiatives within a large‑scale enterprise environment.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in ETL development, SQL Server, SSIS, Azure Data Factory, and C#/.NET integration development — particularly candidates who have built and supported console applications and enterprise data integration frameworks.
This is not a pure analytics or reporting‑focused Data Engineer role. The team is looking for a technical integration engineer who can design, develop, troubleshoot, and optimize enterprise‑grade ETL and integration solutions across modern and legacy systems.
What You’ll Be Doing- Design, develop, and support enterprise ETL/data integration solutions
- Build and maintain integrations using SSIS, Azure Data Factory (ADF), SQL Server, and Snowflake
- Develop and support C#/.NET console applications and integration utilities
- Work closely with business and technical teams to improve and modernize data workflows
- Troubleshoot integration and testing issues across distributed systems
- Develop reusable integration frameworks and technical components
- Support CI/CD, Agile delivery, and Dev Ops best practices
- Participate in sprint planning, standups, backlog grooming, and retrospectives
- Create and maintain technical documentation and deployment standards
- 5+ years of ETL/Data Integration development experience
- Strong SQL Server and ETL expertise
- Hands‑on experience with:
- SSIS
- Snowflake or enterprise data warehousing platforms
- Experience building or supporting .NET console applications (

) - Experience working with APIs, JSON, XML, or enterprise integration frameworks
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving skills
- Azure Dev Ops or Git
- Data integration frameworks and automation
- Experience mentoring or leading technical initiatives
- Experience with in enterprise‑scale environments
- Hybrid onsite schedule: 4 days/week in Charlotte
- Fast‑paced Agile environment
