Job Title: Software Developer

Location: Charlotte, NC

• Design, develop, and maintain applications on the Appian platform, ensuring seamless integration across front‑end UI/UX and back‑end databases.
• Translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications to support project delivery and system enhancements.
• Support quality assurance testing, troubleshoot issues, and implement necessary fixes to maintain system integrity.
• Develop and optimize SQL queries, design RESTful APIs, and ensure security and data protection compliance across applications.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for code, processes, and systems to facilitate ongoing support and future development.

• At least 3+ years of experience in Appian or full‑stack development, with a strong understanding of application lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in front‑end technologies including HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks.
• Hands‑on experience with relational databases such as SQL Server, including writing and optimizing complex queries.
• Knowledge of RESTful API design, version control systems like Git, and familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Excellent problem‑solving, communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects effectively in a fast-paced environment.
