Hybrid: 2-3 days onsite in Charlotte, NC
JOB SUMMARY
You will design, build, and support applications that drive risk analysis and decision-making. In this role, you develop full-stack solutions using Python and React, deployed on Azure. Your work turns business needs into reliable, production-ready systems. You also help improve system reliability, shape technical direction, and support the growth of others on the team.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Build and maintain scalable web applications using Python frameworks such as Django and front-end tools like React
Design and develop APIs and backend services that support data-driven use cases
Deploy and manage applications on Microsoft Azure, including App Service, Functions, Containers, Storage, SQL, and Databricks
Implement monitoring, logging, and tracing using tools such as Azure Monitor and Application Insights
Improve application performance, reliability, and security across the stack
Lead incident response efforts and perform root cause analysis to resolve issues and prevent recurrence
Automate build, test, and deployment pipelines using Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev Ops
Mentor engineers and contribute to consistent engineering practices
POSITION SPECIFICATIONS
Experience:
5+ years of professional software development with PythonEducation:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experienceBack-end:
Hands-on experience building applications with Python frameworks such as Django, Flask, or FastAPIFront-end:
Experience building user interfaces using JavaScript, including ReactData:
Experience writing SQL queries and performing data analysis tasksCloud / Infrastructure:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure services, including App Service, Functions, Containers, and StorageDev Ops:
Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using Git Hub Actions or Azure Dev OpsTools:
Experience using Git Hub, VS Code, and modern development environmentsCommunication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document decisions and collaborate across teams

Experience with Azure Databricks, including PySpark, Delta Lake, and data workflowsDomain:
