Python Full stack Developer

We are seeking a skilled Python Full Stack Developer with React expertise to design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications. The ideal candidate will have strong backend experience in Python along with modern frontend development using React, and the ability to build end-to-end solutions in a fast-paced agile environment.

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $110k/year & benefits (see below).

• Design and develop scalable, high-performance web applications using Python and React
  .
• Build RESTful APIs and backend services using Python frameworks (Django / Flask / FastAPI).
• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Integrate front-end components with backend APIs.
• Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following best practices.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance application performance.
• Work with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.

• Strong experience in Python (Django, Flask, or FastAPI).
• Experience building and consuming RESTful APIs

• Experience with databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Proficiency in Git and version control systems

• Understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
  .
• Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, etc.).
• Exposure to microservices architecture
  .
• Experience with authentication/authorization (OAuth, JWT).
• Basic understanding of AI/ML or data-driven applications
