W2 Contract (No C2C). Hybrid in Charlotte, NC. 1 STEP INTERVIEW. This is a contract position based in Charlotte, NC.

Job Description

Seeking a full stack developer with strong technical leadership and a proactive delivery mindset. This role will support the AI Security team as we integrate new security assessment tools, automate workflows, and modernize our engineering ecosystem. The ideal candidate is hands‑on, experienced in enterprise microservices, and capable of driving end‑to‑end design across a multi‑tier architecture.

Requirements

Python development experience – design, build, and deliver end‑to‑end solutions, building and hosting APIs, and working across multi‑tier architecture.

React experience – build dashboards, reporting, and workflow interfaces.

Experience with AI and ML, including exposure to model and scalable AI systems and interfacing with models such as Vertex AI from Google or Sage Maker from AWS.

Automation experience – build APIs, data pipelines, and workflows to handle findings and governance processes; test automation and TDD; focus on quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Cloud experience – ideally GCP or Azure, open to AWS.

Soft skills – get‑it‑done mindset, strong ownership, and ability to drive work forward without hand holding.

Benefits

Pay range: $75.00 - $95.00/hr.
