Full Stack Java Developer GenAI

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Full Stack Java Developer with GenAI to join their team. As a Full Stack Java Developer with GenAI, you will be part of the Software Engineering department supporting the servicing layer for Small Business applications. The ideal candidate will have strong technical leadership, excellent collaboration skills, and a passion for innovation, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Full Stack Java Developer with GenAI

Location: Charlotte, NC (On-site; 3 days a week in office required in Brevard or Charlotte)

Pay Range: $57

• Consult on or participate in moderately complex initiatives within Software Engineering, contributing to large-scale planning and deliverables.
• Review and analyze complex Software Engineering challenges, providing in-depth evaluations and solutions.
• Collaborate with client personnel and cross-functional teams to meet project goals and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
• Design, develop, test, and document full stack applications using Java, Spring Boot, React, and Angular.
• Implement event-driven and streaming solutions utilizing Apache Kafka, modernizing existing systems and driving architectural improvements.

• 4+ years of Software Engineering experience, demonstrated through work, consulting, education, or military service.
• Proficiency in Full-Stack Java development, including Java, Spring Boot, and front-end frameworks like React or Angular.
• Experience with GenAI tools, AI-assisted engineering practices, and automation.
• Hands-on experience deploying applications on Oracle Cloud Platform or similar enterprise cloud providers.
• Strong understanding of Dev Ops principles, CI/CD automation, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and secure coding practices.
