JOB DESCRIPTION:
Seeking Developer Leads who can lead Cloud Migration effort for 1000+ applications that are in the migration factory pipeline. I am looking for candidates who have very strong technical skills, have worked on different Microsoft technologies, quick to learn, excellent communication skills, and exposure to cloud. I am not asking for Azure experts but any Azure experience will be preferred. We will train them on Windows Azure Pack and cloud migration processes.
Required Qualifications
- Close to 9+ years or more of application development and implementation experience
- 8+ years of C#.NET/ experience
- 8+ years of MS SQL server experience
- Provide direction and guidance to development staff
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Close to 9 years or more experience with Microsoft development tools
- 5+ years of SOA (Services Oriented Architecture) experience
- 1+ years of Business Intelligence experience
- 1+ years in MS Azure Architecture
- Excellent debugging and problem solving skills
- Experience in Code Refactoring
- Demonstrated willingness to learn new technologies
- Familiarity with Cloud Computing
- BS degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline
