Web Developer​/Java Developer

Looking for W2 with no sponsorship required candidates that can work for a reputable financial company in the area.

Basic Qualifications:

• 7+ years web development experience which includes the programming/ development of web applications.

Minimum Qualifications:

• At least 6 years’ experience in Java, J2EE, Servlets, XML, and Web Services development
• At least 6 years’ experience in advanced Oracle SQL & PL/SQL development
• At least 6 years’ experience in diagnosing and/or triaging application issues deployed in Unix
• At least 4 years’ experience in 2 or more of the following scripting languages: CGI, Perl, Windows Scripting, & UNIX Shell Scripts
• Demonstrated experience in object-oriented development, design methodologies, and design patterns
• Demonstrated experience in 2 or more of the following IDEs/Tools:
  Eclipse, Intelli-J, Maven, TOAD, Introscope, Splunk, and Oracle Developer/Enterprise Manager

Preferred

Skills:

• Demonstrated experience in batch programming particularly bulk operations
• Demonstrated experience in Autosys and/or CRON scheduler, NDM and SCP file transfer utilities
• Demonstrated experience in one or more of the following languages: JSP, ASP, C#/VB/VBA (.Net), and VB Script
• Demonstrated experience in researching application issues manifesting in Unix, Windows, and Linux operating system
• Demonstrated experience in tuning configurations of 2 or more technologies: application, OS, DB, and web server
• Demonstrated experience in Web Logic and/or Web Sphere Application Server implementation/maintenance
• Demonstrated experience in IBM MQ and/or Oracle AQ queue/messaging backbone
• Demonstrated experience in 2 or more of the following technologies/framework:
  Axis, Hibernate, Struts, MVC, Spring-WS and Spring-UI framework
• Demonstrated experience in the Financial application, E-Commerce, & ACH transaction concepts and processes
• Demonstrated understanding of the Oracle RDBMS (or equivalent in SQL Server/My SQL/Teradata/DB2) architecture
• Exposure in developing and implementing Service Oriented Architecture solutions
• Exposure in developing Oracle Application
