AI / LLM Developer
-MRM
12-18 Month contract
Charlotte NC (Hybrid - 3 days onsite)
$60+/hour W2;
Not able to work C2C or 1099
* Open to fresh college grads with impressive academic record and very good internships/ projects
Required Skills:
- MUST HAVE MRM (Model Risk Management)
- 1-2 years of experience - Hands on experience building RAG pipelines and agentic systems in production.
- Practical experience fine tuning LLMs or applying model adaptation techniques.
- Experience with at least one LLM orchestration library (e.g., Lang Chain, Llama Index, or equivalent) and ability to explain deep implementation details.
- Strong software engineering skills (Python preferred) and API design experience.
- Ability to explain concrete projects: architecture, why tools chosen, dataset preparation, evaluation metrics, and deployment details.
