Gen AI Developer
Location:
Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – 3 days onsite)
We are seeking a highly experienced Gen AI Developer with a strong foundation in Python and microservices architecture, combined with deep expertise in Generative AI technologies. This role focuses on leveraging GenAI tools and frameworks to accelerate software development lifecycle activities, including requirement analysis, design generation, reverse engineering, and enterprise-scale application development. The ideal candidate will play a key role in building and deploying AI-driven solutions, enabling development teams, and driving best practices in prompt engineering and responsible AI adoption.
Key Responsibilities- Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using Python and microservices architecture.
- Leverage Generative AI to accelerate requirement gathering, analysis, and design (HLD/LLD).
- Reverse engineer existing applications (Python, Java, Angular, Mule) to generate architecture diagrams, data flow, and sequence diagrams.
- Utilize GenAI tools to propose API specifications and apply Domain-Driven Design (DDD) principles.
- Build and deploy AI agents using Lang Chain, Lang Graph, and related frameworks integrated with enterprise APIs.
- Develop and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for knowledge-based systems.
- Use tools like Claude Code and Git Hub Copilot for code generation, pull request reviews, automated testing, and refactoring.
- Lead and mentor development teams in adopting GenAI tools and best practices.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions on Generative AI frameworks and tools.
- Ensure security, compliance, and responsible AI practices across all implementations.
- Monitor and optimize AI workflows using observability and performance tools.
- 10+ years of experience in Python development and microservices architecture.
- Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies and prompt engineering.
- Expertise in Lang Chain, Lang Graph, Lang Flow, and agent-based architectures.
- Experience with Claude Code, Git Hub Copilot, or similar AI-assisted development tools.
- Solid understanding of software design principles, Domain-Driven Design (DDD), and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven experience building AI solutions integrated with enterprise APIs.
