Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Specialty Software Engineering. Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term Specialty Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors. Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
- Design, develop, and maintain Service Now applications and platform solutions
- Build and customize Service Now modules including Enterprise Services Portfolio (ESP) and Business Continuity Management (BCM)
- Develop scripts using JavaScript and Glide Script to enhance platform functionality
- Design and implement integrations between Service Now and external systems
- Participate in Agile development processes including sprint planning and delivery
- Collaborate with platform engineering and production support teams
- Lead and contribute to system enhancements, new feature development, and issue resolution
- Support automation efforts, including testing frameworks such as Playwright and ATF
- Ensure compliance with enterprise risk and governance standards
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex system issues and integrations
- Work with globally distributed teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and platform configurations
