Contract Duration: 12 Months

• 5+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
• 5+ years of Specialty Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
• Strong proficiency in Python and AI/ML frameworks (PyTorch, Tensor Flow).
• Hands on experience using session and memory for building multi-agent systems along with using MCP tools.
• Hands‑on experience with LLMs, transformers, and Hugging Face ecosystem.
• Knowledge and experience with vector databases and RAG technique for semantic search.
• Familiarity with cloud AI services (AWS Sage Maker, Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI).
• Understanding of MLOps practices for scalable AI deployment.

• Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large‑scale planning for Software Engineering.
• Review and analyze complex multi‑faced, larger scale or longer‑term Software Engineering challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
• Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi‑faced situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
• Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
• Design and implement Generative AI models for text, image, or multimodal applications.
• Develop prompt engineering strategies and embedding‑based retrieval systems.
• Integrate Gen AI capabilities into web applications and enterprise workflows.
• Build agentic AI applications with context engineering and MCP tools.
