Other Locations (Limited): Minneapolis, Dallas, Phoenix, Des Moines (exceptional candidates only)
Work Type: Hybrid (3 days onsite / 2 remote)
Duration: 6-9 months (with potential extension)

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Agent Architect to design and scale enterprise-grade GenAI solutions, focusing on agentic workflows, agent-to-agent protocols, and prompt orchestration patterns.

This role sits at the intersection of AI architecture, low-code/no-code platforms, and cloud ecosystems, with a focus on translating business use cases into scalable, governed AI solutions. You will work closely with product, engineering, and architecture teams to define reusable design patterns and drive adoption of advanced AI capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement AI agent architectures, including agent-to-agent communication frameworks
• Develop and standardize agentic workflows, orchestration patterns, and prompt strategies
• Translate business requirements into scalable AI solution designs using tools such as Gemini or Copilot
• Partner with architecture and engineering teams to evaluate, design, and deploy GenAI use cases
• Define and document reusable AI patterns, frameworks, and best practices
• Support development of low-code/no-code AI solutions and assess architectural patterns within these platforms
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise governance, responsible AI, and risk controls
• Contribute to evaluation frameworks, adoption strategies, and value measurement

Minimum Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of experience as a systems or solution architect
• Hands-on experience with:
  • AI / GenAI architecture and agentic design patterns
  • Prompt engineering and evaluation
  • AI workflow orchestration and automation
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture principles and scalable solution design
• Experience working with cloud platforms (Google Cloud required)
• Ability to translate technical and business requirements across teams
• Familiarity with PEGA (SaaS or platform) sufficient to integrate with cloud environments (deep expertise not required)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing agent-to-agent protocols or multi-agent systems in enterprise environments
• Background in financial services or large regulated enterprises
• Experience with tools/frameworks such as:
  • Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot
  • Lang Chain, Semantic Kernel, or similar
• Experience integrating on-prem models with cloud-based AI solutions
• Strong exposure to low-code/no-code platforms and architecture patterns
• Proven ability to build reusable AI frameworks, standards, and adoption models

Nice to Have

• Experience building and deploying agent-based AI systems at scale
• Familiarity with AI governance, compliance, and operational risk frameworks
• Experience creating AI solution playbooks and architectural standards

Additional Details

• Contract Role: This is a contract-only position (visa candidates eligible)
• Schedule: Standard business hours with some flexibility for cross-team collaboration
• Work Environment: Hybrid model aligned to enterprise office requirements
