Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dataverse solutions aligned to enterprise standards and business requirements.
- Build and support custom CRM plugins, workflows, and integrations using .NET / C#.
- Customize and extend Dynamics CRM entities, forms, views, business rules, and security roles.
- Develop and maintain integrations with upstream and downstream systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
- Participate in application modernization efforts, including remediation of legacy customizations toward out of the box and platform aligned capabilities (e.g., PCF where applicable).
- Collaborate with architects to ensure solutions align with Wells Fargo architecture, security, and risk management standards.
- Support CI/CD pipelines, source control, and release activities using enterprise-approved tools (e.g., Git).
- Participate in code reviews, defect remediation, and production support.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge sharing across the team.
- Ensure compliance with Wells Fargo policies related to information security, data privacy, and SDLC governance.
- 4+ years of experience in software engineering and application development.
- Hands-on experience developing Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions.
- Strong proficiency in C#, .NET Framework / .NET Core, and Visual Studio.
- Experience building CRM plugins, custom workflows, and SDK/API-based extensions.
- Experience with relational databases and data modeling concepts.
- Understanding of RESTful services and enterprise system integrations.
- Experience working in an enterprise SDLC environment.
- Experience with CRM Online / Dataverse and cloud-based Dynamics deployments.
- Knowledge of Power Platform components (Power Automate, Power Apps, PCF).
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and Dev Sec Ops practice.
- Experience working in regulated or financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of application security, compliance, and risk controls.
