10 is currently seeking a software engineer / etl developer for a hybrid (3 days/week onsite) position with a global financial institution located in charlotte, nc. This is a 12+ month contract opportunity.
This is a hands-on engineering role focused on etl development. The ideal candidate will be a lead-level data engineer responsible for developing and executing data integration, validation, and etl processes using sql technologies. The position involves working with ssis and contributing to the resolution of complex, multi-faceted software engineering challenges.
Responsibilities:- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for software engineering
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale or longer-term software engineering challenges
- Contribute to the resolution of complex situations requiring a solid understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel
- Develop and execute on assigned jira stories
- 6-8 years of software engineering experience, equivalent to a lead engineer
- 6+ years of experience as an etl data engineer
- 6+ years of strong sql experience, including creating sors, data integration, validation, and etl
- Experience
- Must be a 100% hands-on engineer

Pay range: $59.53 - $67.53 per hour
