Salesforce Developer

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce Integrations
• Basic experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience with enterprise middleware platforms
• Strong understanding of asynchronous processing and event-driven architecture
• Experience with API design and API management
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
• Knowledge of Salesforce governor limits and performance optimization techniques
• Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using:
  • REST APIs
  • SOAP APIs
  • Bulk APIs
  • Streaming APIs
• Experience building and maintaining:
  • Apex REST Services
  • Platform Events
  • Change Data Capture (CDC)
  • Salesforce Connect integrations
  • Batch Apex
  • Future Methods
  • Platform Events
• Experience integrating Salesforce with:
  • ERP
  • HRMS
  • Finance systems
  • Marketing Automation platforms
  • Data Warehouses
  • Third-party applications

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce integrations
• Create and maintain process flows
• Mentor client project team members and provide knowledge transfer
• Participate in project deliverables as a primary, co-, or contributing author
• Support data conversion and data maintenance activities
• Recommend best practices and industry-specific solutions
• Provide out-of-the-box solution alternatives where appropriate
• Deliver technical leadership along with hands-on development/configuration
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams
