We are seeking a skilled .NET Full Stack Developer with strong experience in ASP.NET Core, C#, Web APIs, and React.js
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing scalable web applications, designing RESTful services, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.

Additional Information*

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with law, the base salary for this role if filled within Charlotte, NC is $100k - $105k/year & benefits (see below).

The Role Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using .NET Core/.NET 6+ and React.js
    .
  • Build and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices.
  • Work with SQL Server for database design, queries, stored procedures, and performance optimization.
  • Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms using JWT, OAuth, or Azure AD.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and QA teams.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best coding practices.
  • Troubleshoot, debug, and enhance existing applications.
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines and cloud deployments.
Requirements
  • Strong experience in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework/.NET 6+
  • Experience building REST APIs
  • Knowledge of Entity Framework Core
  • SQL Server and database optimization
Frontend
  • Strong hands‑on experience with React.js
  • HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap/Material UI
Tools & Technologies
  • Unit testing frameworks (xUnit, NUnit, Jest)
  • Docker and containerization (preferred)
  • Azure or AWS cloud exposure
Preferred, but not required
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Storage, and Dev Ops.
  • Knowledge of Kafka, Redis, or messaging systems is an added advantage.
