Qualifications
- 12-14 years of software engineering experience.
- 10+ years of hands‑on Full‑Stack Java development experience.
- Strong expertise with Java 17+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Security, Hibernate/JPA, REST APIs, and Microservices.
- Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and distributed Microservices architectures.
- Strong experience with Oracle, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, or other enterprise relational databases.
- Experience with Git, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins, Git Hub Actions, CI/CD pipelines, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure or AWS.
- Must have hands‑on experience using Devin AI for software development, including code generation, debugging, automated testing, code refactoring, documentation, and developer productivity.
- Must be proficient in integrating Devin AI into the software development lifecycle while following enterprise security, governance, and secure coding standards.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum software development methodologies.
- Excellent communication, leadership, problem‑solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong hands‑on experience developing enterprise web applications using React 19, JavaScript (ES6+), Type Script, Redux Toolkit, React Hooks, HTML5, and CSS
3. - Experience with MongoDB.
- Only local to Charlotte (No non‑locals).
- Hybrid role.
