Software Engineer 4 – Service Now Developer
Location:
Dallas, TX (Las Colinas) or Charlotte, NC (Brevard) Duration:
Contract Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of overall software development experience
- 5+ years of hands‑on Service Now development experience
- 3+ years of experience with Service Now ITSM applications
- Financial Services industry experience
- Service Now Certified Application Developer (CAD)
- Service Now Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- Experience with large Financial Services organizations
- Knowledge of Common Service Data Model (CSDM)
- Develop, configure, and customize Service Now applications
- Enhance ITSM modules and workflows
- Build integrations and automation solutions
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide ongoing platform support
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver scalable Service Now solutions
