Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing and implementing Service Now solutions to meet business requirements. The ideal candidate will have experience with Service Now development, strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

Ability to gather and document business requirements and translate to technical requirements.

Develop Service Now solutions to meet business requirements, including designing, configuring and customizing applications and workflows.

Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design technical solutions.

Design and develop custom Service Now modules, UI pages, forms, and reports.

Transform business processes into automated workflow in Service Now.

Create and maintain technical documentation, including design documents, deployment plans, and system diagrams.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with Service Now solutions.

Participate in release management activities, including release readiness assessments and deployment verification.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field or equivalent experience

Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in Service Now development

Experience in developing Service Now application, workflows, and integrations using REST and SOAP web services.

Strong understanding of Service Now modules including Incident Management, Case Management, Change Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog, Asset/Inventory/CMDB, Telecommunications Service Management, Telecom Network Inventory, Field Services Management.

Experience in scripting using Java Scripts, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.

Experience with Service Now development tools, including Studio and Visual Task Boards.

Understanding of Service Now APIs including Service Now REST API, SOAP Web Services API, and MID Server.

Service Now Certified Application Developer is preferred.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with stakeholders.
