Commitment: Hourly contract (Full-time, 40 hrs/week)

• Partner with a leading AI startup at the forefront of software engineering agents.
• Blend mentorship, engineering support, and QA ownership to ensure technical excellence, scalability, and reliability.
• Play a central role in supporting developers, setting high testing standards, and driving operational improvements in AI-driven systems.

• Mentor engineers, helping them navigate complex AI workflows.
• Collaborate with top researchers and engineers to create operational bandwidth.
• Own and manage the MCP marketplace with continuous improvement.
• Design and execute test plans for AI systems focusing on correctness, reliability, and scalability.
• Identify and resolve bugs through collaboration with engineering and operations teams.
• Build feedback loops to surface and resolve issues efficiently.
• Track and analyze QA metrics to drive accountability and performance.
